We started in 1957, managing ship crew for our own ship in MERATUS. In its development, we continue to expand ship crew management services for other companies. Where in 2022 PT MCT (Marina Cakrawala Talenta) was founded, as a subsidiary company of MERATUS Group.
Currently we manage around 1,600 ship crew of Container, Bulk, Tanker, Passenger and Tug ship types. A time span of 6 decades in ship crew management, is our experience for our best clients.

At MCT, our leadership is second to none. With over 20 years of experience in human resource management, especially ship crew, Arif B Sayoga’s leadership has a deep understanding of the challenges and uniqueness of crew management.
According to him, peoples are the most valuable asset for a company. “We Put People First” is one of our main values. So the Company does not only focus on the core business of recruiting, placing and managing crew salaries/benefits but also ensures that crews are continuously educated to meet international shipping standards.
